The psychedelic caravan stops in Wisconsin once again . . . Visionary Nomads, Gnostic Gypsies, join us for THREE days, TWO nights, and TWO stages of psychedelic trance and chill at our beautiful, wooded, and hilly campground and retreat center in the Northern Midwest.

Earthdance, the Global Dance Festival for Peace has grown to become the world’s largest simultaneous music and dance event. The Chilluminati are in our third year of Illinois outdoor psytrance under the Secret Fire banner. The Fire dances in the psychedelic sonic landscapes we create.

Our music is dusk to dawn and beyond, both Trance and Chill/Psyambient, and takes place on one stage. Trance is Dance. Chill is melodic and softer, and creates a relaxing and peaceful mood. Chill . . . is . . . Psyambient, Downtempo, IDM, Ambient, Techno, Dub, Breaks, World, and Future Sound. The tempo we will play will change by Time of Day . . . following an Arc of Intention toward a crescendo of psychedelic madness, then back down to the morning light.

Join us at our beautiful wooded and hilly campground and retreat center, with pond and warm indoor and outdoor amenites, many beautiful and secluded campsites, for a relaxing and energizing gathering Last Chance Blast before the Autumn chill sweeps in.

Housed in a converted 1875 horse barn and farm house, the Kalyx Center provides a safe retreat space for community events such as retreats, campouts, concerts, exhibits and family gatherings in a wooded setting next to Allerton Park. Both the house and the barn were originally built on nearby land, and moved to the Kalyx Center. “A house was going to be demolished, so Bill bought it for a dollar and had it moved onto the land in 1986. The barn, likewise, was slated to be demolished, but the cost of moving it was prohibitive, so he tore it down and rebuilt it on his land in 1989. Kalyx hosted international work camps, whose volunteers helped do the work.”
