I wonder if there's a psych factor that most humans find gorilla's ugly. Like we can recognize the human in them but know something isn't right. It's the same with ppl who fear clowns. The brain just can't fully translate the face.

He's not very socially liberal (consider the programs he wants to cut, and being against abortion to name some), I think that's what sets him apart the most.
Exactly! That's why I'm befuddled anyone from our socially liberal community would consider voting for him.

If there was a candidate that I thought was better, I'd vote for them, but politics is always a game of compromises. Imo it's either we elect another puppet or we elect Ron Paul…
