I'm just so sketched out by the whole proccess. I just looked into buying a 1/4 side (80 lbs) of local mountain grown clover fed organic beef and it would only be $200.
I think it's about time to start buying meat and produce directly from farmers. You almost need to go see the operation before you can trust it these days.
