Ok.. most hardware stores are open on Sundays.. Trailers are cheap.. $15-$20 at Uhaul for a day.. Make sure you bring it back to same location and lie about using it locally if you need to.

Can you check into two 30 amp generators at the rental place as well? The need 120V outlets..

Can you get the heaters and generators from the same place?

$84 with tax is ok.. I read wrong and thought it was $136 plus a trailer..

I will have the van down there as early as possible. We can unload that and go get the heaters/generators.. saving a trailer rental.

I did mean bonfire not barn fire… 🙂

Sometimes you may need to wait more than 24 hours for a response.. I haven't a good way to get online since Thursday of last week..

Adding heaters will require 20 more paying attendees just to pay for them.. I was at an outdoor party this weekend and though it got fairly cold on Friday night it was completely bearable with a hoodie.

If people want to stay warm that is why there is a barn fire, I am not sure we can afford to heat both areas.

    1. He suggests we be there early morning Saturday just so we have max time to get the place into shape.

Sound will be getting there early-mid afternoon.

    3. The PSY stage will definitely need generator(s). The CHILL stage (Barn) has 60 amps now and possibly 120 amps if you need it. If you need 120 let him know NOW because it will take some work (but he is happy to do it). Please remember Debbie is going to need electricity for some of the deco that we want to use, so we need more than just sound.

60 Amps will be fine for the barn. We will want to contact local hardware stores about generator rental prices.

    4. He is getting 1 more portapotty so we will have 2 portapotties and 2 primitive toilets. 4 total. The 1 extra portapotty will cost us $90.

    Adjusted budget..

    7. All the UV lighting is going to be outdoors by the PSY stage, so for generators plan for extra amps for lighting.

The 2nd UV cannon can't be fixed and I may have issues getting the warranty fulfilled as i no longer have the original box. I may end up buying a new one…

    Budget Estimate:

    Flyers – $283.25
tape, deco, trash bags, misc – $100
    Port-a-potties – $90
    Sound transportation – $350
    Generators – $150
    Firewood – $100

    Total $1073.25

100 people – Break even point
    $12 a head – $3 for Bill = $900
    3 people per car = 33 cars = $165 (3 people per car is a high estimate)
    $1065

When a person registers for the party it would nice to know how they found about the party. Internet, friend, flyer, cd flyer, past event..?

$150 is a generous estimate on two generators. Two for the outside for the main system and lights . The indoor will be my smaller system which will be fine with a 20 amp circuit. If Daniel could bring his mini generator that I've been told of that might be nice as a backup for the barn's lighting.
