Also the name of Starchild shows that there is a bent towards the belief the skull has ET origin without first exploring all possible earthly explanations.
The brief amount of this post that I read didn't even pass my filters for further interest in reading more about this topic. It's interesting how two people's filters for validating information can be so different.

I think they refer to the financer as an 'investor', because he would be 'investing' his money in funding the project. Whether the reward is moral, educational, or financial, I see no reason to dwell on the fact that Mr. Pye says they are looking for an “investor”, i.e. someone to “invest” in their project and pay for the DNA analysis.
Just to clarify my stance on this skull…
I never said that I for sure think it is a human-alien hybrid. I think it is very possible, but without conclusive evidence to prove this, I surely cannot believe that.
That is why I am very excited for them to extract the nuclear DNA, so that they can sequence and analyze the entire genome, so that we can finally figure this out!
Either way, abnormal human mutation or human-alien hybrid, it is a historical artifact. There has never been a skull like this found in all of recorded history. That is why I am excited to learn the truth.

I found this topic to be extremely interesting and very relevant to my studies, since it involves anatomy and DNA and other related topics.
I hope you find this as fascinating as I did, and hopefully the team will find someone who can help to provide the final finances needed to finish sequencing the rest of the genome of this very intriguing specimen.

get the facts straight before you make such gross misrepresentations of what ACTUALLY happened. Then we can all become smarter together.
