man, this lineup looks like the best yet!  I cant believe it!  thanks to everyone… a question, anyone seen any of the headlining artists and have a thing or two to say about them?

I saw Dr Spook last year at geologic and have seen all of his visual movies.  The man is a genius at both visuals and djing.. Dont miss his morning full on madness sure to perfect any sunrise!  (also, i was curious, isnt dr spook and witchdokta make up phoenix family?  is it possible to get a live set from them if so? 🙂

Ive seen blue spectral monkey a few times and he always rocks.  Whether its ambient or crazy full on, this guy always amazes.

Ive heard tremendous things about bodhisattva live.  His music is so damn dark that I cant even see my hand

Androcell had the best ambient set i have ever witnessed.  Hes a great guy and makes it that much more exciting when hes around.

has anyone seen/heard LOUD?.. id like to know more about them…

the phoenix family is DR. Spook, Random and Chromatone. Wichdokta is part of the crew, but does not produce, yet anyways. Chromatone and Random are the main forces behind and phoenix family live act, which is quite good. (you should hear them do it in surround sound, the only group i know of so far that has perfected the live surround experiance)

None-the-less Spook is a excellent dj, and Wichdokta is a dj's dj. You know one of those rare few that all the other critical ass dj's look at it and go ” damn he's good”

Bodhi will rip your heads off, though i wouldnt say hes is dark. Just hard as nails and deeply psychedelic. Really no spooky leads or samples in his shit

and dont forget Hidroponik, who is a very well seasoned vetern, and always a good pleaser behind the decks…….

hmmm… if bodhi isnt dark, i dont know what is, seriously.  i have no idea what this new age term of dark is.  Does it have to be some rare underground evil as shit act that no one else knows about to be dark?  cuz thats what it seems like.  the impression i get from some concerning “dark psy” is that apparently nothing is dark anymore unless no one has ever heard of it lol.

What is “dark” is in the eye of the beholder. I would say Bohdi is not at all “dark” or “evil”, but it is pretty nutty tweaked out stuff. I described to Paradigm after Bohdi's set at Powwow last year that it was “intricate chaos”
