i wanted to update everyone on the Weather.

the predictions made for the weekend were made a bit in advance at the time they were posted.

UPDATE:

NO MORE CHANCE OF RAIN Friday Night, Saturday, OR Sunday!

the ONLY chance of rain is early Friday, before the afternoon, and even then its still only a 20-30% chance.

seeing as music starts in the early evening around 6pm, we can safely conclude that EARTH DANCE 2007 will be RAIN FREE.

Jim, you MIGHT want to bring one as a backup, just in case… there will be a massive generator there, but you can only run extension cords so far.  You are most certainly welcome to use our power if needed, but having a backup for yourself is never a bad thing.

Tyler, will you be able to provide any tall poles to hang my tapestries from? I recently purchased a bunch of high quality 2.5m X 2.5m back drops, so they are well over 6 feet tall. it would be best to get them hanging on poles. i am sure we can put one over each stack of speakers, but im bringing between 4 and 6 so we will need to find more places hang em. 4 poles would be sufficient, more would be great if u have em.

tapestries: I used to bring conduit for tapestries but I no longer have a truck to haul it. We need a new deco coordinator but nobody has stepped forward.

I have lots of conduit in Chicago south suburbs, but somebody with a proper vehicle would have to haul it out there.

#2 I would not be as aware, appreciative, or as enthusiastic about LIFE had it not been for Psytrance's intervention in my immature attitude. I was at a very bad point in my life, and Psytrance helped me turn it all around. Not just the music, but the people that follow the music, like all of you guys. For this reason, I have developed a fascination and obsession that will not die. I exercise everyday, I study everyday, I say thank you to our Creator everyday, and had it not been for Psytrance, i most surely would not be doing all of these things every single day. These reasons alone are reasons enough to NEVER STOP DANCING. I will dance until my joints break. I have one body, one suit-of-armor for my conscious experience, and I refuse to sit by and simply listen to music that deserves so much more. I will not stop Damon… and i will repeat this to you in 10 years, while I am STILL in school, dancing harder than ever! 🙂
