I got there kind of late… Sorry to hear I missed a goa set.  >:(

I was fading in and out of consciousness during the night but what really did it for me was the morning set.  I was falling asleep from being so tired, but then I heard that magic word Mahadeva in that awesome remix, I ended up dancing till the end.  Mad props to Airyck.  It was an awesome vibe seeing a full dancefloor at 8AM!

MOP Does it again. Can't wait for the next one!

Mahadeva?  Did I miss an Astral Projection remix?

Prepare for March… it will be a stomp off between the MOP crew, and………..

Just wanted to stop in and say thanks to everyone who makes these events possible, in iowa or anywhere for that matter. Special thanks to mindoutpsyde for doing these fantastic parties in the heart of iowa city. I am pretty much a new comer to the psytrance scene and I have been trying to bring new faces to each event to show people the UNBELIEVABLE experience these parties can be. I'm so glad to have met everyone, and hope to meet the rest of you very soon.

So whatever happens, don't stop, keep it GOAN!! 🙂

true, among so many amazing dj's it's hard to choose “the one”. but sets that touched me the most were those of Dr Spook's and Airyck's. however, the line up was solid in both rooms all night long. every artist had something special to say and each one of them delivered the message. wow, beautiful.

Rockin party, guys; way to pull this one off!
I actually have only been to one other MOP event, Blacklight Forest. I definitely think 3rd Eye blew that one out of the water.

Unfortunately, due to some unforseen traffic leaving Chicago we didn't arrive in IC until about 8:15p. (plan was to get there @ 7) After scarfing down some Subway and parking it was 8:45 or so before we got in the door so I missed Machi's set  :'(

It was great seeing some familiar faces… Abe, Nick, Jeffz, Damon, Kyle, Felix. Nice to meet you Ritesh, way to rock the spiderman suit, hehe. There were even a couple people I hadn't run into since Entheon: Abundance. I'm not always a social butterfly at parties tho and I know there were plenty of you I didn't get around to talking to… too much dancin to do  ;D ;D

It was great to finally see the MOP crew perform… I've always managed to somehow miss your sets at other events. I thought Random and Onnomon's performances were absolutely amazing, out of this world. That laptop with the red crystal-like Apple logo was awesome. 😀  I only ended up spending about 30 minutes in the second room total over the course of the whole night so I didn't catch much of the chill music. Airyck, you definitely played my type of stuff… rockin with plenty of melody  8)

I was too overwhelmed and exhausted when it was all over and not in any shape to attend any sort of afterhours activities… we had to be back in Chicago to pick up our dogs pretty early on Sunday morning. Sounds like it would have been a blast though… Kaiser + Random + Spook sounds like a recipe for complete insanity!

After 3rd Eye I'd definitely be psyched to help out at future MOP events, plan on hitting up the afties, etc. (i'll PM ya over the next few days) You all definitely have your shit togeather.  😀

Rick, thank you so much for those kind words of yours regarding music I spin, I will be recording stuff  I played at the party for everyone who enjoyed or missed it as soon as  I have some time.
but Derek!!!  what the heck?!!!???  I was convinced up to this moment you didn't make it to the party at all. I was eager to meet you in person but I wasn't really sure how you look like. What a bummer that we were dancing all nite long next to each other and didn't have a single talk. Too much psychedelic music and stuff… ::)

The party was mind blowing as always when we get together to dance. Everytime I see you guys I feel like home among my closest family. There is definetely group of you folks that make a core of our community and I am always very happy to see your smiling faces on the dance floor during morning sets by Airyck or Paradigm, after the whole night we've danced togheter. That's really keeps me goan! But it's also nice to meet new, fresh people who are nice and geniue who are already part of our familia. I had a pleasure to meet Jessica, Kevin, Mike, Josh (danicng all nite long – you're machine), Trevor, (I wish I could put Derek Energon here – next time bro  :)), Ansel (thanks for that delicious hukaah).
I was nice to see Madison crew – all of you, Minneapolis – you guys party like rockstars (“Fucking Erick” dancing to every beat withing hearing range for two days straight), Nate and Pan – there should not be party in the midwest without you two and of course the whole crazy Russian crew – although you guys should stay till the last beat next time to complete what we start – except Liza who was flying to Airyck's moring glory.

Being exposed to total psychedelia all night long  have learnt a lot about djing, psytrance and beyond.
First three-tag by MOP guys: Abe, Chris and Aktif – you guys are better and stronger every time, I see your progression in all fields, your skillz, music and events are always better than the previous time – like I said at the party: you are taking old school to another dimension! Boom! And Felix – you always put on a lot of work and attention to make sure the parties happen the way they supposed to.

Wichdokta's set – mind expanding experience, master behind the decks and very good tutor sharing a lot of secrets about djing, psy parties and life in general during those long conversations at the afties. Thank you Rich for having time to meet and talk to every single one of us.
Random, Spook – journey into the space, Onnomon – during your set I was walking through mindfields of psychodelia I didn't know existed before, and Airyck – enough was said already about your performence bro but also thank you for making sure the things were going in the good direction at the party.

Thanks to all of you,  those I haven't mentioned above and those whose names I simply don't know yet. You are all huge part of our community and everyone plays their own particular role in our undertaking.
At the end little special thank you to my lovely wife for so much support and for having so much fun coming to those gatherings with me.

p.s. I forgot to mention my polish bro Damon – thank you for that beautiful chill out music, I came to the chillroom like 4 times during your set for a gasp of “fresh air” and calm down my senses. It was chilling…
