AscensionKeymasterAlso, if anyone can help me with this it would be great. Someone came up to me during my chill said and said he ran some open air event and seemed interested in having me play there. I don't remember the guy's name or what the event was, so if this is you send me a pm. 🙂

damonMemberI feel there should always be a small set of Goa in every party………as a tribute to where it all started…….. 🙂

As far as I know he does not use Internet 😉
edaisGuestAlso, a big thank you to anyone who complemented me on my chill set. As I said to chris, I think I had the biggest crowd in that room from 6-7 cause everyone was worn out.
Yulp, you did. I was there. Nice work.
Greeeeeeaaaaaat party! It gets kind of standard to say “another amazing party” because everyone's quality is pretty top notch around here when it comes to psytrance. But I will say that, and add that it was also something very special. The positive energy that was alive in there throughout the whole night was inspiring and wonderful to say the least. It was awesome to hang out with Random and Airyck again, and they both had excellent sets. It was one of the better Airyck sets I've heard, and Random blew my mind all over again–in a completely different way than last time. Onnomon's music was soooooo much fun to groove to. It was awesome hanging with Rich and Nathan during and after the party. Thanks to Abe for the great spot on the bed and for letting me pick the background music.
One major highlight was the afforementioned pow wow at Abe's afterwards. Rich was telling some great stories, one of which involved someone falling out of a large tree at a party, and more that encompassed the beginnings of psytrance. I have to admit, I thought it was a bit silly at first, us sitting around listening to “father Rich” telling us about the history of psytrance in the U.S., but that's what it was to me, and I quite enjoyed myself.
Another highlight was all of you people. I had so much fun with all of you, and I feel like I got my fill (phil?) of everyone that I wanted to see. I mean, it's still not enough because I wish we all lived in the same city, but enough because it makes it that much more special every single time. Basically, thanks to everyone for being my friend. ;D
Lastly, thanks to Mindoutpsyde for your continued exuberance about psytrance, your smashdown lillywhipped perfection at party throwing, and your (as alison would say) love and light.
Onward, 2008!
damonMemberAny of you trancefreaks can provide any track names Spook played? I had a chance to hear only his last 20-30 min and it was fuckin brilliant ….
AscensionKeymasterI definitely heard him play Hydraglyph- “Kinetic”
I was excited since that is one of the first psy tracks that I owned that I really got into and knew would kick ass to play at a party.

More pics 🙂
Phantomsoul420MemberAscension, I have Felix's contact info so I will ask him if he was the one asking about you and if so, I will give you his number and stuff.
Damon, I do have some of the tracks that Spook played on Sat. night in the basement. Most of it was some of his unreleased stuff but some were not. I'll look up the track names and let you know. He played a few off of Thelema but not sure of the names.

I hope it's the same stuff he played on Friday night cause I missed Saturday's debauchery 8)

I remember spook saying that a lot of the stuff he played friday night was stuff he released, if that's any help. But, you should check out “Kinetic” by Hydraglyph cause that track rocks 🙂

Naw, he played all different stuff Sat. night. I just emailed him asking what tracks he played. I'll keep ya posted. But Hydraglyph was played on Fri. night and then a few from Thelema on Sat.
damonMemberThanks. I liked his set (at least what I've heard) – it was a highlight of Friday's night for me 🙂
