I put this mix together with the intent of creating something to listen to while sleeping. Most of the tracks here are beatless ambient. Tried something new with the first and last track.

Beleive it or not…….maybe coincidence ….but I actually did have a nice dream after I slept after t set.  😮 😮 :o…in the morning…..n it was involved with music in my life!!!  ;D

Hey Varun,
I don't download music cause my connex is so slow… but your track selection looks sweet. I've been a Tangerine Dream fan since I first discovered electronica. Have you heard their album Rubycon from '75? Awesome beatless ambient. You should check out some other krautrock stuff like Can, Cluster, and Amon Duul!
Keep the mixes flowin! Maybe I'll hear a hardcopy of some of them sometime…

hello everyone.

I just got back from Puerto Rico. Was one of the most wonderful 6 days of my life. The island is gorgeous! white sands, turquoise water, trippy caves, fantabulous food and warm people. If you guys are ever looking for a medium priced trip you can do it all for a week within 700 bucks (airfare included). Got lots of pics if you wanna see em.

Glad you liked the mix … it was something I did in a hurry. I'm waitin for the time when I can actually dedicate an entire day working on one. Hopefully in the summer.

@ Robyo. Ive heard a bunch of Tangerine Dream albums but it was before I got into electronica so I dont remember which albums they were. (My Dads a big fan too) But I did find Force Majeure and rediscovered those days. I'm going to revisit the older ones real soon.

@Naveen. Its the same with me… whenever I listen to ambient music while sleeping I wake up out of a dream. Maybe I just psyche myself out… but I'll keep experimenting till im sure.
