Knights of the Old Republicive played just about every MMO thats come out. i played Everquest for about 7 years. the next one i jumped into hardcore was World of Warcraft. i still keep coming back to WoW. i like the cartoony feel and until the expansion large raid blunder, i considered it the best MMO to date. hopefully with the next expansion they fix some large guild mechanics. Final Fantasy Online is good too because im a huge FF fan, but i like to solo and thats pretty much null and void. plus, i feel the UI is very unfriendly. i enjoyed star wars until they nerfed everything allowing people to create jedi from the get go. ive heard guild wars is good but havent tried it, and im mildly interested in Hellgate: London. i have heard that EVE online is one of the better MMO's to date although i havent tried that either. for now, blizz has my money and i find it hard to spend time on that anyways.Â
ive been playing a lot more console and portable lately. i have quite the full plate with life, reading books, “spinning records”, and drinking. it leaves a lot less time to play video games. =D
honestly though, video games…my first love and probably the closest thing i get to “mastering something”, besides bating of course
PsySexModeratorIf you relay boring at work ;D

Fallout (better storyline than Fallout 2, but the UI is a bit of a PITA and henchman inventory management is worse than that)
Fallout 2 (most immersive game I've ever played, as well as the one that held my attention for the longest – I think I logged something like 200 hours)Neverwinter Nights was fun, and though the imperfect ruleset annoyed me it didn't stop me from putting in upwards of 180 hours on it.
Prey (great from every angle, and the only game I wanted to play again as soon as I beat it. Plus, multiplayer is truly psychedelic!)
Total Annihilation (first strategy game to get me to think outside the standard StarCraft/C&C rushes)
Dawn of War (between the cool take-and-hold resource system and the Warhammer 40k world I can't think of another RTS quite so captivating)
Unreal Tournament – LAN party favorite.
Bioshock rocks although I haven't beat it yet
and while the story didn't engage me and I failed to finish it, the original Unreal will always hold a special place in my heart (who can forget the waterfall in the second level?) -
