Since you'll want something good for both djing and production I'd have to pass on the recommendation of Sennheiser HD-25s. I've never actually used them, but heard good things about em. Technics RPDH-1200s are what I use for djing, but they don't produce a flat signal so they kinda suck for production. I've used my Sennheiser HD-280s to produce, but they're kinda bright sounding. They seal off sound really well though.

Some of those Allen & Heaths look pretty serious, but honestly I wouldnt mind messin around with Serato. Itd be nice to put some awesome vinyl on that program. The Sixty-Eight Rane Mixer for Serato Scratch Live looks pretty decent
