While driving to work this morning I spotted a large, spraypainted eyesore of a van parked on the north side of the 1600 block of Highland Avenue. Is there a Pauldo in the area??

I let my 5yo nephew paint all over it too.  Anyone is welcome to paint on it as long as what you paint doesn't get me pulled over…more than I do now.
