I refer to Mr. Lawrence's impeccable ear (ability to choose harmonious tracks and keep them meshed) and dexterous EQ slight-of-hand…which he won't break down no matter how many times I ask.

C'mon man…it's knobs!  Just tell me how to work the stupid knobs!  I'll show you my tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiits….

seriously though its just about knowing your tracks, and playing with things.

Heres one tip, but not one of my majors.  As a track is going out, and the new ones bassline is already in, try boosting the old tracks high. If there are any melodies or samples at the end, you can carry those sounds longer into the new track with out them being drowned out by the new more dominant sounds…

Now your in my debt…. indentured servitude has such a nice ring to it doesnt it.
