shpongle and skazi? MADNESS! ;D ;DSkazi would be the reason to miss the show in it's entirety, no matter who it was. It could be Dimension 5, Hallucinogen, Shpongle, The Infinity Project [simon-raja festival 2008? =]], Xenomorph, Astralasia, and well, all the other greats in goapsy, and by having Skazi there…would well, I guess…instead of bracelets, they should stamp the party-goer's forehead with a DENIED stamp just for showing up.

Not true. The entire thing seems way too commercialized and almost as if it is trying to capitalize off of psytrance and psytrance community. They could have done WAY better than Skazi or Simon. WAAAAAY better. (as in, almost everyone who is a DJ on this forum would be a better choice. )
But i couldn't go anyway. I have my daughter that weekend. Hate on THIS!

But I am judging, and I shouldn't do that. I am sure that it will be a good party — I just feel that the lineup is not that appealing and they could have done much better if they wanted to cater to the psy crowd. That's all I am saying.
That and I couldn't go anyway. 🙂

Theres a whole stage of psy. Thats just the main stage, which caters to EVERY genre. The REAL fun of events like this is the sheer spectacle of it. They get a huge system and about 8 watts of lasers for the main stage.
I guess what people are missing here is that this is actually a major coup, to have the biggest campout in the midwest book psytrance for their headliners. So what if it's not who you wanted? What matters is that this means we're on the way up, and those of us who got in on the ground floor are set to be major players when it blows up completely.
