    How it makes sense that lot of the old culture used to (and still) view Sun as one of the most important Gods.

    It's non-sense to view the sun or any other astronomical body as a god.  That started thousands of years ago when man was far more ignorant of his natural world than he is today.

    It's just a big ol ball of gas n' stuff…of which I'm happy to be parked next to of course.

    The pic showing the intense magnetic flux lines of the sun is awsome.  I remember doing an expirement similar to this with a bunch of metal shavings and bar magnets.  Sure not as cool as the sun but it made me realize what I was looking at.

    Duh, you got me completely wrong. I was just commenting that our forefathers were smart enough that when they chose an object to be form of God, they chose Sun (and not maybe Moon).
