    Um, seems way to good to be true.  Could the day be drawing near that we can actually enjoy more fruits of the earth? Legally? ;D

    I heard their minister on the Jack Blood Radio Show. They are legit and think they will probably win their case in California. Doubtful they will be appealed to a higher court cause the feds are afraid if they win there, it will become the law of the land. Native Americans set the precedent a few years ago by winning a federal case the use of ayuahasca/DMT as sacrament…

    Remember, these First Amendment protections, when they exist, legalize sacraments used in a ritual context for that church only. You would have to be a member of that church, and use the sacrament during their ritual. A win in the courts would not protect use of the sacrament in any other context.

    true dat.. but, it's a step in the right direction. Other churches will demand rights and some precedent has already been set…
    Besides, Ganga has been a sacrament for a long time.  8)

    BTW, does anyone know any mainstream churches that use mushrooms as sacrament?
