This one deserves a thorough party review from me, but now right now. Now, shower and sleep.

I LOVE you all, and thank you for being exactly who and what you are.  :-*

Kevin & Tyler: were you guys recording any sets? Would love to hear what Bird Of Prey and Ekoplex played in their chill sets  😉

Best Chilluminati event EVER (this is what I also heard from a lot of people who have been attending our events for a long time)!!!

Thank you so much to everyone involved – I'll write a full review later.

@ Damon: I don't think anything was recorded on the chill stage.

I don't even think I can put into words how great this weekend was. Huge thank you to everyone involved- Scott, Tyler, Igor, Derek and Carli especially. It is so great that we have such a dedicated group of people to make events run smoothly (ESPECIALLY one that got this big!!). You guys know everything you did and we are all fortunate to have each other. As I mentioned to each of you guys, the best thing about this party was knowing that we are capable of pulling off something like this and running as we did (we were even short a few people from chilluminati and volunteers we usually have- that makes it even more impressive). I know we talked about things going our way in the luck department, but maybe it was just metratonic karma ;). Thank you to eric and quinn for lending a big hand to setup and generally being there to cover something. Thanks to Jessie for helping out and bringing some things that everyone else forgot! Thank you Felix for running sound the whole weekend.

Huge thank you to non crew members who helped out- either with gate shifts, cleanup or overall policing of the event. I even saw some new people walking around picking up garbage on sunday morning- this is always an excellent sign. Thanks to everyone who was just mindful of things going on around them and who acted accordingly to help out (Nick Nichols and Eric Swyzaah- thank you guys for being watchful eyes, it really takes some stress off knowing we have people like you to help out when needed rather than ignoring things, which is easy to do).

Thank you to everyone who attended the event and shared your positive vibes and energy. Huge props to those who braved the elements both nights to stomp in the rain and cold. I was floored by the fire performances too- getting to watch them was really a treat.

Music everywhere was EXCELLENT. The anticipation of this event being so good drove everyone to play equally great sets. All the locals played great music and we seemed to have awesome flow on the main stage both nights. The chill sets I caught were excellent too. As for the headliners: Progress's trance set was very awesome- I wish more people who have been there to dance to it- but I know a lot of people still got to hear it and really liked it. Mist laid down a great set as he always does- too bad about the rain/cold killing the dancefloor, but the set was stellar. I only got to hear the end of Basilisk on saturday night due to playing a chill set through most of his, but it was good. It's great that you play different styles than what is usually played during the timeslot. Mubali- holy crap! As I told him, his live sets keep getting groovier, and more psychedelic each time I see him. Very excellent and great energy as always! The Ooze- OH YEAH!!! Everyone was freakin out to your guy's set despite how cold it was. Having you guys bring in the light was awesome! Intergalactoid- very awesome music. Great job on keeping the music hard and moving, very relentless track selection. Ekoplex- awesome, awesome, awesome!!!! Love the combination of dark atmos with lighter sounds. Track structures were awesome- really helped to build a feeling/groove and blast off. It was great to meet and chat with all the headliners too. I'm so glad to be in this scene where we can have a family feel with people we are meeting for the first time. All of you guys truly have a uniqueness about yourselves and I feel blessed that you shared it with me.

Workshops (the last 3 that I was at) were great (thank you JeffZ!). Basilisk seemed to have a great discussion going when I got there for the end of his talk. The dj workshop was a great idea. There were a bunch of people there discussing and asking questions. Production workshop was very awesome. Greg is a master of coming up with great examples of production techniques (400 pound guy on the couch- lol). It was cool to see him work with nick to make some sounds too.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU everyone! It's events like these that really make me realize why I'm in this scene and why I put all this time and energy into doing things like this. We make it worth it for you because you make it worth it for us!

Oh and Nate- keep doing what you're doing- that mighta been a reason for the large turnout 😉

This was easily the best show I've ever been to. I can't thank you guys enough for creating something like this. I'm honored I got to be a part of it. Saturday morning on the chill stage featured the best music that there is right now on the planet Earth and probably beyond. That's one thing Earth has going for it, our music is some of the best in the universe. Saturday afternoon on the main stage featured the kind of sound that defined this whole experience for me. The DOUG IRELAND, JOHN B, and JASON HOFFMAN trio were outstanding. The progressive shit just reels me in. It's been years since I've heard anyone play that kind of music, and it is my absolute favorite. This set was also the first time I noticed people playing on turntables. (If anyone managed to record that set please let me know!) Awesome experience all around, amazing people, amazing music, beautiful venue… A glimpse of what life is supposed to be like. <3

Best random moment of the weekend:

After Ekoplex's set I go up to him and say hey, I bet you like Wizzy Noise based on what I heard in your productions. He pulls up his sleeve and has a tattoo of a waveform from a Wizzy Noise track ;D

Thank you so much to everyone for their contributions this weekend towards the best vacation i think i have ever had in my life.  WHAT AN EXPERIENCE.  All of the artists who performed absolutely threw it down to the fullest and opened our eyes to some of the best in psytrance the world has to offer in my opinion.  Mist, your set was awesome man i'm glad i was there to experience it, despite the rain.  Always a pleasure to have you around throwing it down whether it be the boxed wine track or the little tribute you threw out there for me with the lamb of god sample.  i'm not sure how many people where there to appreciate that, but i sure did thank you.  Nick you always throw down the illness and the hot dark biznass, keep it up as i'm sure we are going to see you at many events to come!!  Greg, it was a pleasure experiencing one of your sets for my very first time, thank you for coming all the way out from california and allowing me to witness a mubali onslaught of bass and percussion goodness.  Really kept the dance floor large and moving the entire time.  Scott and Igor it is always excellent getting to witness your interpretation of psychedelic goodness, i really enjoyed every minute of your set.  And everyone else i got to say on the main stage i forgot to mention, much love.  it was all excellent.  I personally didn't get to spend entirely too much time around the chill stage as i spent 90 percent of my weekend right there posted up at the main stage.  I'm sure everyone who contributed their music there was excellent as well.  Thank you everyone who traveled from all over to contribute many different, very cool personalities who i feel absolutely gifted to have met and spent the weekend with.  I love you all!!!!  Everyone who traveled from minneapolis, nate, annie, erick, felix, chris, mason, and everyone from milwakee that i met as well as of course machi, alex, scott and igor, and max.  and cannot forget the amazing people from illinois as well.  kevin now can receive props as a member of the psyowans and thank you very much as well.  basically want to say as an end note this was my first sacred earth, and it was absolutely life changing for me.  i will be back again and again, and cannot wait for earthdance either.  thank you everyone and see you soon hopefully :-* ;D ;D ;D

What a weekend. Thanks to everyone involved for providing us with such fantastic music and culture. Sunday morning was absolutely mind-blowing, it was amazing to see so many people still going. The John B/Ireland/Jason Hoffman set on Saturday afternoon was another highlight. See you all on the 20th.

I misplaced a couple items. Has anyone found a clear/white frizbee with LEDs in it, or this tapestyhttp://www.spacetribe.com/shop/uv-sarong-aqua-fractal-p-1410.html?

Not to step on any toes (including my own), but one area which could have used some improvement was deco…

I definitely appreciated the deco at chillstage. Saturday night it looked awesome all lit up against the trees and still lake. Thanks to you and Carli for all your hard work on deco.

I had a great time and it's memories will stoke the fire forever.  🙂

My only regret is that events like these are too short and it's impossible to hang out with everyone and still have time to dance eat and sleep!

Thanks to everyone who came out to the drumcircle. Thanks to Jim for loaning such quality instruments to the circle and Jeff Z for promoting it. The workshops are an excellent asset to the weekend.

Looking forward to Fractal Fields and Earthdance!

Where was the tap hung up at? You should post something in the lost and found forum too.

It wasn't hung up, I (and several other people at various points) were wearing it as a scarf, which is how it ran off : /
