Hi Folks, Playa Fiends and Friends…

By the looks of the ticket sales, 'Resonate Version:1' on Saturday March 4th,
promises to be an all out burning bash! For those who haven't heard
about this
event..it is a collaborative effort by Chicago's various burningman
communities.

Since we are a small, yet vibrant scene here in Chicago, we've set our
sites on
getting everyone together to unite the ever growing like minded community of
playa freaks!

That means you too! : )

This non for profit event will fuel the next one, which will be a block
party in
June or July, in Chicago's Fulton/Hubbard industrial loft corridor.. 'Resonate
Version:2'

Resonate Version:1 features Camp El Circo's DJ Lorin from San Francisco,
otherwise known as “Bassnectar”. 10 Years DJing on the playa, Bassnectar has
formulated a lot of that Burningman sound that we've all lost our minds too at
some point. Just last week, he was voted #1 DJ in the SF Guardian's Readers
Poll.

The night begins with a private screening of the Burningman documentary
“Beyond
Black Rock”, of which the director and producer of the film will be flying in
from San Francisco to present.

As well, an allstar Chicago DJ, VJ, and Artist line-up includes:

*Justin Reed, Brad Miner, and Striz from Illmeasures keepin the the grooves
alive
*Radiohiro and DJ Warp from Bombay Beatbox/Kollektiv. spinning Asian Massive
Breakbeats with live Tablas
*The Jagoff – Chicago/Detroit booty freeing electronic funksters. live PA
*Psymbolic – Chicago's highly talented and deep psy visual duo.
*OVT Visuals will be installing this mindblowing video install that is
interactive by the human touch.
*3PHASE and Video Janitors will be running a video atmospheric wall 40 feet
wide.
*SPUNN will be spunning!
*MAPS will be schoolin'!
*SynchroniCity will be running the BAR ; )
*Artist Kevin Loftus will be gracing the entire event with his beautiful
tapestry art installs.
*DJ Damon …spinning the latest in breaks and psytrance ( ??? ??? ::) ::) 😮 😮 ;D ;D – no shit  ;D ;D ;D )
*Joey VillaGomez and LaLindaLoca of Chi Burners tribe.net will be creating
insane prop environments.
*AND last but certainly not least, YOU will be there to ad your own special
touch. Dress to Kill. Light it Up. No Spectators!

we have a very limited amount of tickets left, so please don't be shy,

to play! The event location is on the near west side in a beautiful loft
overlooking the entire skyline of our beautiful city.
