We should have a planning forum that only promoters can access. That way we can discuss possibilities more openly without openly disclosing locations. We're at the point now where we're all working together on the big ones anyways.
Also – it would be good to have a stickied thread in there with a calendar that could be updated with dates people intend to throw parties. The last thing we want is to compete with eachother. *this is why I post my stuff the minute I start planning, ben buned too many times by waiting till everything is concrete**
There's the Chilluminati Club section of the forum which is visible if you've been designated a mod, DJ, organizer, volunteer. Don't think anyone has used it since Jan 2006. Could we put a separate calendar in that section?
