~Forbidden Planet… hadn't seen it before, but pretty good scifi fx for it's time (1952). Killer soundtrack 🙂

~All Quiet on the Western Front (1930)… also not seen before. The acting is over the top at times, but the battle scenes still hold up. It really must have sucked to be in trench warfare.

Watched Southland Tales recently… it's got a lot of trippy and satirical ideas, but somewhere during the execution, it misfires, badly. Bummer. Maybe a director's cut would do it justice.

That was some f'ed up shit.  Great movie, plus you get to see Natalie Portman fingering herself as well as some hot lesbo action!  Opening dance scene was excellent…very powerful.  Grabbed me into the movie from the get-go.

really loved that movie. kinda hit the heart of me with the ocd picking. I kinda have that. when me and hubbers saw it in the theater he kept staring at me in an accusatory fashion.  :-X
