I would say screw the clubs and come hang out at my place!  Chill wit' me and muh lady and our lil one!  Haha.  You can hit up The Qwest.  I don't do the club thing and there's only one lounge I would recommend which has a 10'x10' dancefloor =].  The starlight lounge on Hennipen Avenue Downtown MPLS!

Hahaha!  I love you too MR. FIXER!  I own heliospace.com and was hoping to use the heliospace name for something someday.  It's an awesome name and even though it was registered for the purpose of science many moons ago, I've always had this urge in the back of my mind to side-track it and try and bring to life something here in Minnesota.  Ugh!  It's hard, especially when the only psytrance folks who existed here moved either out of state or out of country to Japan (Jikkenteki). (this was relating to that particular title of “OUR MAN IN MINNEAPOLIS”.  I remember one year, I threw down 8k on a setup, put it in a studio, collected vinyl, never used the studio to spin, wanted to use the equipment to setup a party because spinning wasn't my thing, then i gave up because nobody was interested so i pawned off the equipment to a bunch of folks on mnvibe.com! *laughs*  I wish I had it still because I'd probably enjoy spinning now that I have *that* much more music than ~12 records 🙂

So, alas, I feel alone, and anyone who's into the music, the culture, the background, is more than welcome to stop by while traveling the grounds here. 🙂  It's like a party in my own living room, just without all ofthe people hahaha!  6.1 surround-psy, a neat little light that does more than enough for an apartment, some other neat light/sound toys, and a quality hdtv (for those crazy fun cgi animation videos from the early-mid 90's) with an awesome backdrop *takes a picture to show everyone* I'll post one sometime when I clean!  come one, come all, and don't forget the beer 😛

anyways that sounds like a good plan, i live about 3 seconds from minnetonka (actually live in the suburbs of eden prairie which rest next door to minnetonka)
