ensure is def a better choice. Slimfast is designed to fill you up… and dancing with a full tummy is a recipe for disaster, and phils mom's ass is nasty,  so go for the big E ;D

You can find them at any like wal mart or target or drugstore.. the latter being the more expensive… Them sell them in 4 packs and like cases. Chocolate is great and strawberry and vanilla would be nice too. ( I have this vast knowledge of fogie drink bc my brother broke his jaw and literally lived off the stuff for 2 months)

Thanks for all the insight. I think I will go for Ensure and probably have a mix-n-match of flavors. Off to a trip to WalMart over weekend 🙂

the new slim fast Optimas have more protein than Ensures and taste just as good…. the chocolate anyway! 🙂 🙂 🙂
