    Why isn't RP a democrat?

    He's not very socially liberal (consider the programs he wants to cut, and being against abortion to name some), I think that's what sets him apart the most.

    Exactly!  That's why I'm befuddled anyone from our socially liberal community would consider voting for him. 

    Typical republican response when asked about social justice, “What's that?”.

    If there was a candidate that I thought was better, I'd vote for them, but politics is always a game of compromises. Imo it's either we elect another puppet or we elect Ron Paul…

    Damn you!  I really enjoy living off the government!  ;D

    Seems like it's Ron Paul's moment… even if he snags Iowa is there any chance he'll get anywhere in the rest of primary season?

    I think he could do well in the south, some mountain states.  Romney will get the north, midwest states and Utah of course.
