Hey guys. What is this venue like? I didn't get to go to Fractal and the only other place I've been is the NCN. I'm absolutely in love with NCN and now me and my friends are trying to decide between Earthdance and Crystal sky. We can't go to both. =[

earth dance! the venue is not as cool in the sense that there is not a pond or giant pine trees or sandy paths, but it is very open, spacious farmland, owned by a very fun and friendly guy, and you get a great view of the surrounding fields, the sunrise, and especially the stars! it is a beautiful place, and they have an annual jam band event there each year which recently breached 2,000 people, so you can imagine that having 400ish people there for Earth Dance will give us more than enough space to have an amazing time, all weekend long!

id recommend Earth Dance, but that is just me. the dance floor is going to be INSANE 🙂

How far away is it from a town that has stores and stuff?
At sacred earth this year I hadn't intended on rain and I ruined three
pairs of shoes, if I hadn't of been so close to a walmart to buy new
ones and some socks I'd of probably gotten pneumonia.

Anyway, the set up looks really awesome! I'll have to show everyone the
pictures and we'll vote. It's surely a shorter drive for us.

Yeah I'd cast my vote for Earthdance too. Crystal Sky is gonna be awesome, but ED will be epic.

There is a Safeway (grocery store) and a gas station about 6-7 miles from the venue. Iowa City is only about 20 minutes north of where the venue is at, which has everything else you'd need.

I seriously hope you can make it man, would be wierd to be back in the midwest partying and not see you there

yeah and be sure you would be one of the biggest reasons I would wanna go to Earth Dance besides reuniting with the whole psy familiada and seeing awesome performers.
