We haven't started working on this yet, we were wondering if any of the artists would like to put together a bulletin board for the event? It should be cork board or something similar, with push pins or tape, note paper and plenty of pens. This is where we will post volunteer schedule, info, and where people can hook up or find each other.
No need to be boring about it, you could cut the board in artistic shapes and maybe make a big tetrahedron or something interesting and 3 dimensional.
Anybody interested in doing this? It is very important.
