Thats a pretty epic venue. Hopefully ya'all cn figure out how to mobilize the troops to fill her up sometime. All the music I heard was great. Nate and Chuck are gods among men. Panties the Clown is now my favorite dark DJ. We will definitely be bringing him back for future mayhem…

Awesome party!  Awesome venue.  Had a blast changing things up in the morning.  I'd have to say it was an epic slaughter of crazy dark psy djs and producers.  Enjoyed all music.  Total Win!  It was an awesome birthday present to have Zero Six finally get out there and lay down the law.

    What an amazing time warp.
Sorry I didn't make it out early to play.
Had some family issues, and friends sleeping in. >:(
    The venue was perfect.
The deco was deep and powerful. For some reason it keep moving  ;D
The Dj's ripped my spine out and grew me a new one all in one setting.
I can't stop smiling and look forward to more mind expanding events.
Face Head, thank you is all I can say. Wow, what a treat.
    Very inspired after that reprogramming.
Panties the Clown very disturbing. The sample from “There Will Be Blood” was insane, along with creepy Space Odyssey 2001 voices.
Primordial Ooze always creeping me out.
Thanks to all the dj's and artist for motivating me to dig deeper into producing. I downloaded a large data amount and plan to bring in out this week. Still learning and growing.
Thanks again to all the people involved for making these events underground, small, and spiritual. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all thank you Tyler for organizing such a killer Halloween party! This party was a blast, I had so much fun. I think we thoroughly melted everyone's face that came (as well as scared away some locals that came in and asked what was going on :)). We also got the resident stray dog to come by and want to party. Ben's game of catch with her with a piece of pvc pipe was hilarious.

Music was excellent all around. Everyone threw down awesome sets. Nick squared provided some zany beats. GoD pummeled everyone's minds and hit 214 bpm. Panties the Clown played a really awesome set, great tracks all around. Facehead put together one of the best Live PA's from a djing standpoint that I've heard. He even threw in some basslines recorded from an actual bass guitar, which I thought was neat. I loved the long break downs followed by a tidal wave of insanity. Scott and Igor tweaked everyone's remaining braincells into a goo-like state. Brad smattered the dancefloor with his powerful style of music that is impossible not to dance to. AND FINALLY!!!!! Tyler actually got to play at one of his parties this year- yea!!!!

Thanks to Nick for sharing some production knowledge with me- your kind words really meant a lot. Also, thanks to Benny for running the hookah outside and some vending all by himself. Thanks to Tim Clark for the cd- please keep producing! 🙂

Thanks to everyone who came. The venue really likes us and we plan on having other parties there in the near future. First time there and no problems – woot!

    Amazing event!

Great music all around, some of the darkest stuff ive ever heard! My favorites were Nick vs Nick, great energy coming from these guys while behind the decks, GoD, who threw down the most powerful and intense set that I have heard from them yet, with great mixing and ever-increasing BPM, Facehead, who threw down the darkest most unique set I've ever heard him play, and Professor vs ZeroSix who brought back some melody with some power / twilight tracks! The cake, however, goes to Primordial Ooze this time. Busting out 4 or 5 brand new tracks, these guys really got the dance floor going again after Facehead's crushing music rendered everyone's legs as worthless. Ooze brought the energy back up with such seamless mixing and powerful new tracks, their set was by far my favorite of the ENTIRE Halloween weekend 🙂 Keep it going guys! And Tyler vs Professor was also especially awesome since I had never seen Tyler spin, and boy he can throw it down just as good as the Professor. Following the ooze, these two brought the energy back even more with their twilight power tracks. These last 2 sets of the event were my favorite.

As for the venue, what an amazing find! Mega props to Tyler for securing such an awesome place to hold events, wide open, solid dance floor, great ceiling space to hang tapestries, and there's even a bar! Such an awesome place to hold parties, we are lucky to have people like Tyler who are creating new avenues for us to experience this music in.

Deco was also stellar! Scott's symmetrical spandex work is unbelievably professional. It reminds me of European events! With the spandex in the center, in combination with all of Cliff's amazing art work surrounding the stage, and with the added touch of MOP's own tapestries, the HUB Ballroom was glowing! amazing deco work. Pauldo was not able to come last minute due to an illness, so he was not able to bring much of Derrick and Carli's deco. Fortunately, Kevin was able to get a hold of me ahead of time, so we brought all of MOP's large tapestries and all of our black lights, which really helped get the place glowing!

The only complaint i have is the choice of visuals. I understand that Halloween Dark-Psy themed events are supposed to be scary, but is it necessary to include gore, grotesque, and offensive imagery in the visuals in order to generate a Halloween effect? I think not. there were several times where I found my eyes wandering to the screen only to witness carnage, gore, killing, corpses, blood, intestines, and many other things that just killed the vibe inside of me. The music would be taking me to a positive place, and then I would see the visuals, and be brought to a negative place in my mind. I would either be forced to close my eyes or to stop dancing and go take a rest break. In my honest opinion, it is not helpful or beneficial to the vibe of the dance floor to use such imagery. Psychedelic fractals and what not are great entertainment when the music itself is already demented and scary. Adding gore and carnage to the visual environment only gives the music more of a negative feel in my opinion, meaning, if someone is perceiving the music as dark and scary, and then goes to look at the colorful visuals for positive reassurance, he or she will only find out that in fact, the visuals are even more demented than the music. Surely this was an Apsylum for the Unsane, but honestly, there were times where I found the environment to be too unsane to want to dance.

All around an amazing party with amazing people. I hope that next year there will be a less-dark Psy event for Halloween. Thanks to Tyler and the rest of the Chilluminati (Scott, Igor, Cliff, etc.) for all their hard work in giving us yet another awesome chance to experience such amazing music with our family and friends!

    Take care, and happy halloween!

    -Abe
