Hey guys. My name is Readus. For real. I've been hangin out with you guys for a few months now, reading your threads and in a way kind of getting to know some of you. Looking for some friends that are local to the Peoria area to maybe get to know and attend some events. One of my best friends lives in San Francisco and has introduced me to an awesome new world of music and people. I attended the Burn in 2004. One of the greatest experiences of my life. It seems like most of you are from the Chicago area, but if any of you know of events close to me I would appreciate if you could let me know of them especially for NYE. I know its kind of short notice, but Ive been procrastinating due to my shyness. Well, thanks for your time and I lool forward to talking at all of you in the future. ;D

there is a small group of us that live in peoria.  we can probably get you or find you a ride to stuff.  we dont really hang out much because we all work 50 to 60 hour a week jobs and have other interests, but i'd be more than happy to let you know of stuff we do and just plain getting together so we can throw down hot business on decks…..which we do quite often.

So yeah, I just re-read this post of mine.  When I said “hook a ride with someone” I didn't mean like walk out to the highway and wait for some nasty trucker to come pick you up so you can “pay” for your ride.  I meant like hookup with someone to get a ride.  And I don't mean that like…oh I'll just stop writing.

I'm from Peoria too.  I just attended Earth Dance, which was my first realy psy event and it was AMAZING.  It really motivated me to start working on my psy mixing (I have been dabeling between hard trance and psytrance for the 3 months I've been mixing for).  Send me an email or IM if you wanna hang out and chill sometime.
